Refund Policy

Non-customized Scrapimals may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the item cost and sales tax. No returns allowed on Scrapimal Names or custom Scrapimals, except in the case of a damaged item. No refund is given for shipping costs, either to the buyer or returns, under any circumstances. Item must be returned in the condition it was received. Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping. Contact us at christine@littlegreycatstudio.com if your item was damaged in shipping before returning the item.
